Dry
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp Peanut flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup cooked and cooled quinoa
- 1/4 cup non-dairy chocolate chips
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees and lightly grease or line an 8.5 x 13 in. casserole dish
- In large bowl mix the dry ingredients
- In medium bowl mix the wet ingredients
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients
- Fold in the quinoa
- Pour mixture into dish and top with chocolate chips
- Bake for 25 min
- Let cool for 5 min and then slice
